We identify potential problems and will contact you straight away. Where possible, we resolve minor issues immediately, so you won't have to worry.

Coordination

We can arrange a gardener, electrician or plumber or any other necessary appointments. We will monitor the work and communicate the progress with you.

Additional property visits or other special requests

If needed, we make additional visits on request. To let in any professional or assess a specific problem for instance.

For this service, we charge € 37.50 (excluding VAT) per hour.
