Property inspection

We will pass by on a regular basis to inspect your property.

During a visit we check the entire house, inside and out, and take note of the condition of all rooms and operating systems.

After each visit, you will receive a clear update of our findings.

Key holder

As your local key holder, we offer you complete peace of mind. We are your on-site contact, always nearby with a key. This means we can act immediately in case of an emergency and there is always someone available to grant authorized parties access to your home, such as a professional or supplier.

Organize cleaning, maintenance and repairs

You no longer need to contact the gardener, pool specialist, painter or electrician yourself. We coordinate appointments, supervise the work, and ensure clear communication on the progress.

Additional services 

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we can help you with countless things. For instance grocery shopping to ensure your refrigerator is stocked. We can take care of laundry, water plants, arrange airport transportation or car wash.
