Paul Ruiter
After running several insurance agencies in the Netherlands for years, I specialized in coaching entrepreneurs—refining my skills in efficiency and clear communication.
During the ten years we owned our Spanish home, I discovered a profound passion for hands-on property improvement. What started as small jobs quickly grew into the complete renovation of our casita, including constructing a brand new bathroom and kitchen.

Ruiter Property Support is the logical combination of these two paths: it merges my organizational and management skills with my genuine love for manual quality work.

I love living my life in beautiful Spain with Paul where we work with lots of joy and we feel dedicated and responsible for our clients.
